Kundalini yoga is a powerfully vitalizing practice that fosters a sense of inner peace, conscious awakening, and alignment with one’s purpose. Introduced to the West by Yogi Bhajan, the sacred teachings combine vigorous movement, intentional rest, mantra, and pranayama - facilitating and sweetening the meditative experience where energetic shifts can occur. Including elements of vinyasa flow and its familiar linking of breath and movement in this class creates a familiar entryway for students to explore and deepen their yoga practice.
