Come learn how to use your foam roller on Monday, April 9th Urban Remedy. Dr. Brittni will be going over the essentials of foam rolling- how to use it for warm ups, cool downs, a substitute for stretching, what it's actually doing and the key spots to hit when you're not sure exactly what you're supposed to be rolling!
The workshop will be entirely interactive, so come ready to roll! No need to bring a foam-roller, but wear flexible clothing and come with questions!
