Prima Aprilis
A Fool’s Day Stand-up Comedy Special

Featuring Your favorite comics from Bangalore, Prima Aprilis, is a stand-up comedy show that celebrates the Fools Day. Tradition demands that you don't do anything serious on this day. So what better way to celebrate the Fool's Day than attending a stand-up comedy show? Come. Let us bring the roof down at Urban Solace: the place where it all began for the Bangalore stand-up scene.

Artists - Punya Arora, Rose Ann Joseph, Arnav Rao, Suhas Navaratna, Ravi Rao and Suman Kumar.

Punya Arora
Punya Arora, is a Punjabi by nature and South-Indian at heart, a professional Photographer and a self proclaimed Biriyani connoisseur. Her style of comedy reflects on everyday life, encasing some amazingly funny moments and situations and a couple of accents. Filled with funnies, she loves happiness and making people laugh.

Arnav Rao
Arnav Rao is a lawyer turned Stand Up comedian. He went to law school England and worked at the High Courts and Supreme Court of India. Now he uses his skills of research, analysis, writing and public speaking to tell jokes ... because he cares about people !!!

Suman Kumar:
Suman Kumar--author of Ranga Half-Pants--is a comedian, screenwriter, and stay-at-home-dad. His brand of personal, slice-of-life humour resonates with and delights audiences. All three of them.

Suhas Navarathna :
Suhas Navarathna possesses a deranged view of life and is a student of Engineering to boot. He identifies himself as a Dysfunctional Hindu, a realist and an alcoholic. His style of Stand-Up Comedy is based on significant religious observations, his failed relationships and his mother tongue.

Rose Ann Joseph
Rose's comedy is about the hardships of a non Hindi speaking person, being a lady and portrayal of women in Indian cinema.

Ravi Rao
Struggling to answer life's most basic questions, Ravi's jokes come from a place of confusion and ignorance. Being another clueless and generic MBA grad, he now spends his evenings trying to make people laugh at his crippling mediocrity.
