Back by popular demand, this 2 hour workshop is specifically designed for common problem areas which means that we will focus on effectively releasing and really stretching out the shoulders, hips, hamstrings and low back using specific yoga postures, sports therapy techniques, rollers and trigger-pointing, which will ease tension and stiffness bringing relief and unlocking those areas.
We will also work on strengthening muscles to bring support and stability to ease issues and help keep you fit and injury free.
You will be given special tips and techniques to use at home to help keep those areas freer, stronger and in good shape after the session.
