On April 10th and 11th Ushabu’s Chef de Cuisine Oleh Holowatyj and Executive Chef Natasha Pogrebinsky of The Southside will be hosting an Eastern European Pop Up Called “Spring Zakuski”. Zakuski is a combination of hot and cold small plates primarily seen in ex soviet satellite countries where the cuisines of Soviet Russia, and the independent countries blend together. Both chefs have extensive backgrounds in Eastern European food and culture and are both Ukrainian. Ushabu will be serving 15 small plates and a small dessert. The event will begin at 6pm with one seating per night. Tickets will be $150 and available to purchase at ushabu.tocktix.com
