Looking for a fun, new way to exercise? Learn to log roll and build balance, strength, and endurance!
Key Log Rolling classes will teach you the fundamentals of log rolling and give you the opportunity to log roll with other beginners. Once you've learned the basics, join us for Intermediate Log Rolling to build endurance, advance footwork, and compete with others.
