If you want to know how your subconscious mind looks like, all you have to do is take a look at your life. Why? Because our lives are created by our thoughts and beliefs.
The Subconscious mind is like a huge filing cabinet that stores all pleasant and unpleasant experiences, habits, visual images, information from your whole life, from childhood and to present adulthood. It is also within the Subconscious mind that our habits, character traits, learned behaviours and beliefs including limiting beliefs are registered having being understood through repetition and practice. Your Subconscious mind is the bridge between your body and Conscious mind.
The Conscious mind on the other hand, helps us to generate thoughts and decide the path we wish to take. In other words, the Conscious mind makes decisions and gives orders to the Subconscious mind while the Subconscious mind carries out these instructions without questioning. Our energies and thoughts have a huge effect on our lives. They manifest 'outside' of us as well as within, as in health and attitude. Our energies attract and repel people, experiences and events.
The Conscious mind is a mirror of the imprinting from the Unconsciousness mind and years of negative thinking becomes a habit and that in turn effects the way we live our lives, our expectations of what we are capable of achieving, from being loved to successful careers to living with unlimited stress-free peace.
The good news is that you can reprogram your Subconscious mind by inputting and reinforcing new positive thoughts, positive ideas and positive actions through your conscious mind, using positive techniques and meditation.
Healing from the inside out is achieved through subconscious clearing. Deeply rooted emotions, images and beliefs can safely be explored, understood and released, creating new imprints and new positive ways of thinking and living.
This 8 week Consciousness Course will use simple but trusted techniques to help us walk through areas of our life that we need and want to change. Using words that will trigger emotions through, memories, feelings and contemplation we can begin to open ourselves to a higher understanding of who we are and connect loving to past experiences, transforming feelings and bringing peace and awareness into our lives.
A gentle meditation at the end of each class will bring calm to the mind and heart allowing you a deeper connection with feelings and thoughts that you may find yourself working through in a gentle and friendly safe environment.
As we learn to open our hearts and minds and release old patterns we can begin to life a fuller, brighter and happier life. Some of these experiences can lead to feelings of greater freedom, more passion for life and your path/purpose, more energy to live life and get things done, deeper feelings of peace and trust, better clarity of mind, the ability to think positively more frequently and a deeper feeling of presence within yourself.
