This Saturday we're rolling out our seasonal flatbread pizza made with our delicious sourdough. This week features Roasted Potato, Caramelized Shallot & Herb! Oh WAIT! Forgot to say we’re also making a Mediterranean Olive Sourdough, a new olive that we have in addition to the other one in our line up. Because you can never have too much Olive and Bread, right?!

Roasted Potato Shallot Flatbread Pizza (mmmm mmmm good)
Mediterranean Olive Sourdough (we promise you’ll want to get your hands all over it!)
Cheddar & Thyme Bomb (JUST like it sounds ;)
Kamut Baguette (a slightly sweet, slightly nutty taste!)
(Kamut is an ancient grain. And the literature shows, folks with gluten sensitivity issues do better with ancient grains. It is thought that 20th century modern grains (factory farming) are the culprit behind humans developing issues with wheat. We've heard you and we have tested out a baguette. Sweetly nutty, we think it's rather addicting!)
Cinnamon Raisin Batard (no white sugar, a touch of honey naturally sweetens this local fave)
Vallejo Sourdough (topped with toasted sesame seeds - you want! and in plain)
Walnut Sour Baguette and Classic French Baguette (carried at Oxbow Cheese & Wine Merchant Oxbow Public Market), (because Baguettes make the world go round - and smile!)
Doris's Rye (named for my mother - a taste of the East Coast!)
Organic 9 Grains (toasted with a peanut butter schmear - yum!)
