Looking for end-of-semester TLC? Join us for a yoga class led by yoga instructor Meg Watkins. Faculty, Students, & Staff are welcome!

Your $5 admission will support Nanaimo women’s social justice initiatives.

Please bring a mat. Refreshments provided.

About Meg: “Meg Watkins began her journey into yoga while studying for a Bachelor of Science, and loved the intersection of the scientific and the traditional in her studies and her practice. She became a yoga teacher in 2012 and encourages those who take her classes to work towards bringing the 8 limbs of yoga off the mat and into their everyday lives.”

About the class: “the practice will be a slow flow, with many options for modifications as needed, suitable to all levels of practitioner. We will focus on mindfulness and remaining present within the body throughout the practice, to ensure we are listening to our individual selves and getting what we need from the practice.”
