Mind & Body Fitness
A great workout for the body that will activate all your muscles, will help with flexibility and prepare your body for the summer. It will include some yogic relaxation techniques at the end that will bring you into a more happy and peaceful state of mind after your hard working day.
Classes will run three times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8PM starting after the Easter holidays on 16th 0f April, but you can join any time. It will be one hour of active workout with some relaxation in the end.
