The Beginner Course is a way to discover yoga in a safe and fun space. Perfect for beginners, or anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.
This ongoing 12 week course starts on Tuesday the 17th of April at 7pm, or 18th of April at 8:30am and continues in an 12 week cycle through out the year building upon core poses and working at a pace that ensures learning. You will build your strength and knowledge, as well as cultivate greater mental clarity and calmness.
It introduces you to the classic body of yoga postures with a focus on healthy alignment principles. You will be introduced to breathing practices and will build strength and flexibility creating a solid foundation for your yoga practice.
In this course, students will receive personal attention from experienced teachers week to week, an ideal environment for learning. On completion of the 12 week course you will have the experience, confidence and knowledge to attend the other classes at the centre.
