Join us for a day of fitness and fun! Mini Quarterly Workshops are for instructors, members, and anyone who wants to learn what Les Mills group exercise is all about. Mini Quarterly Workshops will focus on how to help you move safely and get better results with a mix of technique and coaching drills. Each program session is complemented by education and plenty of time to ask master Les Mills trainers your burning questions about the programs and classes. This education will give you the tools and inspiration you need to continue to improve your classes, whether you teach them or take them.

Choose to attend for just one program, or choose them all – it’s totally up to you!
