Have you ever wondered about changing your dietary intake to help manage IBS? A low-FODMAPs (fermentable carbohydrates) approach may be helpful. Join us for a learn and taste educational evening where we will discuss the basics of a low-FODMAP approach and try tasty samples of low-FODMAP foods. Class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

This free class will take place on Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at the Verdant Community Wellness Center, 4710 196th St SW Lynnwood, WA 98036.
