This fun, family friendly event presented by Pogo Mine, Alaska Heart and Vascular Institute and Foundation Health Partner is a non-competitive 2.75 mile or 1-mile route in downtown Fairbanks. Check-in and pre-event festivities begin at 9 a.m. and the heart-walking begins at 10 a.m.. Form a team, join a team or register as an individual and set a fundraising goal to help fight heart disease and stroke - registration is $25 suggested donation.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to fund research and community programs that help to fight cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
