Have you ever thought of taking a yoga class or maybe considered making it a part of your life?

All levels are welcome. Wear something comfy and bring your mat, (and a pillow and blanket if you want to get extra comfy during relaxation). I’ll bring a few extra mats for those that don’t have one.

Twyla is certified through Yoga Alliance. She has taught various styles of yoga, teaching school age kids to chair yoga for seniors. She completed her original training in Sivananda style yoga, where she stayed at an ashram in the Bahamas, fully immersing herself in the training experience.
The style of yoga she prefers to teach is Restorative Relaxation Yoga. This is a great beginner style yoga for those who don’t consider themselves “bendy.” Her students are truly able to dig deeper and go inward. Poses are generally held for a longer period of time, allowing time to explore tension and find peace within that place.
The people who come to her classes aren't always your typical yogi type people. They begin to feel more comfortable exploring their journey through this practice without feeling like they need to look a certain way, embracing the place where they are at. Twyla offers options for poses, because yoga is not a one size fits all.
