If you want to get your sweat on while strengthening and toning, this bootcamp is for you! This is a HIIT station based class with anything from ropes, kettle bells, bands, and free weights. The constantly changing stations allow you to work your whole body in one class! All Fitness levels welcome:) Drop in is $8 or you can buy a 10 punch pass for $75.
