A critical incident is defined as any situation that threatens to harm a person or property, disrupt business, negatively impact an organisation or damage its reputation.
The role of critical incident management is to help manage these situations when they occur, or where possible, avoid them happening altogether.
This three hour workshop for OOSH Co-ordnators and Assistant Co-ordinators is designed to support you to:
• Improve your understanding of crisis management
• Identify a clear strategies for dealing with a crisis Communicate with key stakeholders quickly and efficiently, to ensure damage limitation.
• Manage the relationship with customers and the media effectively.
• Ensure your organisation is better able to cope with a critical incident if or when it occurs.
