Join us for our Kid's Yoga class!
It's never too early to start a yoga practice. This class is for 3-10 year olds, and is a fun introduction to yoga, mindfulness, and meditation for your little one. Studies have proven that a yoga practice can be helpful in establishing healthy choices to be carried through adulthood, managing behavioral and attention issues, and increasing healthy blood flow to the brain. We think all kids in our community need to add yoga into their routine!
This class is every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, from 10:30 am - 11:15 am. Parents are required to stay in the building - either in the classroom or in the front gym area. If you'd like to join in on the practice as well, you're more than welcome!
Our student and kid's pricing is applicable to this class, making it $5 a person. We hope to see you for this fun introduction to yoga and wellness!
