The Youth Commission is offering two free "Project Alice" computer animation classes for children ages 7 to 13. Both sessions take place on Saturday, April 28, at the Village Hall.

The beginner class begins at 9 a.m. and the advanced class begins at 11 a.m. Registration is required, as space is limited to 10 students per session.

To reserve a spot, call Sue at 847-781-2606 or email sue.lessen@hoffmanstates.org (indicate the class time/skill level you are interested in).

A parent or guardian is required throughout the duration of the class. Light refreshments will be served. Project Alice was created at Carnegie Mellon University to easily teach basic programming concepts to young children in a fun way.
