Crisis Care Kits 2018

Get Directions

#var:page_name# cover

Crisis Care Kit (CCK) season is here for the Village of Oak Creek. 2-gallon ziplock bags are filled with hygiene and personal items and given to victims of natural disasters, war or anything else that may have displaced them from their homes.

You are invited to be a part - sharing LOVE with people who are without, kindness and compassion to the hurting, and HOPE where there is despair.

Each CCK usually costs $16-$20 to fill shopping at local retail stores. Your donation will go even farther - we order supplies in bulk and have been able to get the cost down to around $6.25/CCK. This year our goal is 1,200 Crisis Care Kits. Additionally, there is a $2/CCK shipping charge to get them to their final destination.

**Due to port inspections all items MUST be the EXACT items/sizes called for in the instructions, or the entire shipment risks being turned back. Therefore, we don't ask for donations of the items going in the CCK's

Tuesday-Friday, April 24th-28th, we will gather at 55 Rojo Drive, Sedona, 86351, at 9am each day to process the CCK's. We'll open boxes of supplies, unwrap items and stage them in preparation for filling the CCK bags.

Saturday, April 29th beginning at 9am we will work an assembly line process filling the CCK bags & box them for shipping. This will take approximately four hours with lunch provided after.

Please contact Pastor Jim if you are available to join this great cause with time, financial resources or both. We all have been blessed with so much and want to share it with those who have nothing! 928-284-0015 or 702-810-4048
