Learn to Meditate: An Introduction to Zen

We offer meditation instruction Monday nights from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Each class is led by an experienced Zen practitioner. We’ll teach you a comfortable sitting posture, how to breathe during meditation, and how to work with your mind. You’ll also learn about the Village Zendo’s community and how to establish your personal meditation practice. There will be plenty of time to answer any questions you have about meditation and Zen.

Instruction begins at 6:30 pm, please come a few minutes early. There is a suggested donation of $10. Join us!
