A Movement Workshop with Eileen Jones
We all have our habitual ways of moving through the world with greater and lesser ease. In these classes we will learn how we move; what gives us ease and what is interfering with our ability to sit comfortably for long periods. Each session considers the biomechanics of our movement patterns, the feeling sense of the body in motion and how to adjust the dynamics of our habitual patterns so that we can rest in our body in both stillness and in motion.
