You are perfect just the way you are! Sometimes self-improvement can feel exhausting. That's because we have not yet mastered self acceptance! This class is for anyone that wants to step back from self-improvement, take an out breath and move toward radical self-love and acceptance. Drawing upon Kundalini yoga, meditation and mantra, we will use gentle yet powerful tools and techniques that will center you and connect you to that part of yourself that doesn’t need improvement. All levels welcome.
