New to yoga & don't know where to start? Haven't practiced in a while and want to get back to basics? *This class may be for you!*
Join Victoria Rivera for this weekly, entry-level yoga asana (posture) class. Victoria will deliver simple, accessible instruction and alignment cues. She will also offer demonstration and assistance during class. Do you have questions? BRING EM! Wanna remember everything? Bring a notebook! While there are many types/styles of yoga, this basic/intro level class draws inspiration from: Hatha, Vinyasa & Astanga yoga.
Please dress comfortably for physical exercise. Bring water! We offer free mat rentals and have yoga props for assistance (you'll learn how to incorporate these!)
