Monday, 4/16 at D2 at Dietrick Hall

-East Side Deli will feature the Bella Good Burger - Virginia Tech Meats ground beef & roasted seasoned exotic mushrooms mixture on a toasted brioche bun from Carter's Bread in Ivey, VA with roasted garlic & goat cheese spread, housemade onion marmalade, pickled Red Sun Farms tomato and fresh arugula micro greens.
-Edens will feature Peanut Butter Soup made with peanuts sourced from Wakevield, VA

Tuesday, 4/17 at Owens Food Court at Owens Hall

-Carvery will feature Virginia Tech Meats carved pork loin and local roasted sweet potatoes

Wednesday, 4/18 at Turner Place at Lavery Hall
