What is a Death Cafe?
Death Cafe is an international movement started in Europe. At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea, and discuss death in a relaxed, open setting. A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives, or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session.
Space is limited. Free registration. Please contact the library at 250-247-7878 to sign up. Everyone welcome.
