The Alzheimer's Association is thrilled to partner with the Institute of Gerontology at Wayne State University and the Michigan Alzheimer's Disease Center at University of Michigan for the 2018 Issues in Aging conference. Issues in Aging is one of the longest running, well-recognized professional conferences of its kind. The annual conference held every May since 1989 provides healthcare professionals with best practices and current research in the field in geriatrics and gerontology. The two-day event attracts speakers from around the country and attendees from throughout Michigan and surrounding states, plus it provides CEs.

The first day is devoted to Alzheimer's and other dementia; the second day offers insights in maximizing physical and mental health in older adults.A conference geared toward professional caregivers
