Open to anyone over 30 years old! This event will offer various sections relating to health and fitness including breathing, meditation, mindfulness, stretching and more! Come join us for this national event.

Visions Applied and Carole Gill Heart Centered Coaching are joining forces an offering a transformative event for health and fitness. The event will have mini demonstrations and participation in the power of breath, Stretching for overall health, meditation for stress reduction and movement for emotional renewal. All people over 30 are welcome to attend until we reach our limit of participants.

The schedule includes:
3:00 pm – Arrival and Welcome
3:15 pm - Opening presentation – What is National Senior Health and Fitness Day
We will include the power of Life Fitness and the mindset for success
3:30 pm – Breathing for Anxiety reduction and emotional renewal
4:00 pm – Mindfulness and meditation in daily practice
4:30 pm - Stretching and mindful movement
5:15 pm – Walking activity
5:45 pm – Community connecting and the need for solid peer groups
