Ever wonder what to do with the big fitness balls you see around gyms and studios? Join Diane McKallip for this 75-minute workshop using the big gym balls for a fun and creative work-out. Come prepared to move! You will use the ball as a prop to strengthen and stretch the entire body. The balls can be used for balance training, core development, and upper body strength. An outline will be provided, so you can create your own ball workout for home or gym. This class is open to all levels, but you must be able to sit on the ball without assistance.
