This cookie is perhaps the most difficult to make correctly. Even though there are only four ingredients, the method of putting those ingredients together is extremely technical. We’ll go through the process step-by-step so that you learn how to make this French cookie correctly. We’ll make a Swiss meringue buttercream filling and a chocolate ganache filling with springtime flavors to complete the perfect macaron!
Our classes are kept to just 12 students, so you get personal attention from our professional instructors. You will work with 3 others at your own work station. This class is designed for adults.
