Intimidated by seafood? Chef Joel will walk you through a seafood dinner from your initial plan to the finished meal. He'll share ideas for selecting the best seafood at the market, along with tips and techniques to prepare four different seafood dishes. This is a demonstration and a hands-on class, so after helping to prepare these, you will sit down to a delicious dinner!

Our classes are kept to just 12 students, so you get personal attention from our professional instructors. You will work with 3 others at your own work station. Your instructor Chef Joel, is a nationally-recognized culinary instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. He brings his unique flair to teaching, using his sense of humor and passion for cooking to inspire and involve his students.
