Enjoy a delicious dinner while you learn the basics of classic French sauce preparation! These sauces can turn an ordinary meal into a superb one. They're not difficult! You'll be able to make the classic sauces, along with contemporary variations and modern interpretations. We'll teach you what food each sauce can accompany.

Our classes are kept to just 12 students, so you get personal attention from our professional instructors. You will work with 3 others at your own work station. Your instructor, Chef Joel, is a nationally-recognized culinary instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. He brings his unique flair to teaching, using his sense of humor and passion for cooking to inspire and involve his students.

Wine, beer, and craft cocktails from our own bar will be available for purchase.
