Spring seems to finally have arrived, so it is time for AAPJE 2018! The Amsterdam Algorithm Programming Junior Event is our annual programming competition for first year students. The problems are designed to be solvable with only basic programming knowledge: knowing any specific algorithms or data structures beforehand is not required.
Students not in their first year are also free to participate in this contest! You will not qualify for the main prize, but why not try to be the first team ever to solve the complete AAPJE problemset during the contest? Or take this opportunity to see what this whole AAPP thing is about.
AAPJE 2018 will take place in the evening on Friday, April 20th at the VU. More details will follow soon.
You can participate in teams of up to 3 VU students. Registration is required and can be done at https://goo.gl/forms/bC3BMwgyihrsBbSr1. If you are not a VU student but would still like to participate, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
