Share your yoga practice with your child or discover the amazing benefits of a yoga practice together. This class is for children ages 5-10. Parents and children improve their balance, strength, and exibility in an environment that promotes relaxation and connection.
Families will practice yoga asanas, partner poses, breathing techniques, hands on activities and games that will promote bonding and playful engagement.
Kimberley Gregg is a Certified Children’s Yoga Instructor and graduate of the Wainwright House Yoga Training Academy (WHYTA). She is also a Health Coach and NYS Certified Early Childhood Educator who has been working with children and families for over 10 years teaching techniques that support and strengthen the mind, body and spirit connection, in order to promote health and wellbeing. Using yoga as a catalyst to vibrant emotional, physical and mental wellbeing, Kimberley has helped many families to prioritize their own self-care and adopt holistic lifestyle practices that make optimal living enjoyable and fun.
