Celebrate "Cinco de Mayo" with a night of traditional Mexican cuisine and cocktails. We will be pairing a 5-course, gourmet dinner with top-shelf wines, beers, and tequilas from throughout Mexico.
1st Course-POZOLE--pork-based soup made with hominy, seasoned and garnished w/chili peppers, onion, garlic, avocado, salsa & limes.
2nd Course- CHOPPED SALAD--greens, roasted beets, pickled red onion, queso fresco topped with a roasted jalapeno and lime cilantro vinaigrette.
3rd Course-DUCK TACOS--Duck carnitas on homemade tortillas w/ cilantro, onions, and green sauce.
4th Course-SHORT RIB--braised short rib in adobo sauce over rice w/ calabacitas (zucchini & corn stuffed w/ cream cheese)
5th Course-ICE CREAM--homemade vanilla ice cream topped with a strawberry salsa.
~Each of these dishes will be paired with an appropriate pallet pleasing beverage~ A brief description of both the food and drink will be given while dining.
Saturday, May, 5th from 7pm to approximately 9pm.
