Join us for Meditation with Kitty Costello Monday nights starting April 23, 7-8:30 PM through May 14.
This 4-week, user-friendly series will introduce classic approaches to Buddhist meditation, including breath and body awareness and mindfulness of thoughts and emotions, cultivating a kind presence with all that we see, hear and feel, both inside of us and around us. We will also explore ways to bring mindfulness “off the cushion” and into daily life.
Kitty Costello is a graduate of Spirit Rock Meditation Center’s Community Dharma Leaders program and a long-time teacher of chi gung, tai chi and other mindful movement practices.
This is a free/donation based class. Please note that the doors will lock at approximately 7:10 PM. Those under 18 will need to have permission from a parent or guardian to participate.
