Have you ever considered utilizing a Personal Assistant or Attendant in areas of your life? A personal assistant for a person with a disability can help you gain and maintain independence in a variety of areas including self-care, educational & employment opportunities, and in social settings. Our Personal Assistance Class introduces you to all this and more. The class covers not only how to manage a personal assistant but also best practices in hiring, negotiating, and supervising a personal assistance. You will gain valuable knowledge and insight on the best way to move forward with your personal assistant or attendant.
