Come walk, run or jog. Bring the kiddies and please spread the word and bring as many friends as possible. Arrive at 930 we will start 10am SHARP. This is a very casual, simply show up, sign in, make a small donation of your choice type event. You can spend 20 minutes walking or running or you can participate in the 5 or 10k walk or run.
Up to you! We will have some OPTIONAL kettlebells to swing and push up stations to keep things fun and different for you guys!I really hope to see a big turn out for this being this will be held 3 minutes from our gym, for our gyms community and is a great opportunity for you guys to come break a sweat outdoors! Can't wait guys!!!!
