- Understanding our digital usage: What do we need versus actually do
- Adjusting unconscious use to conscious
- Developing Strategies to change the habit
The price includes feedback on a questionnaire you’ll complete prior to the session for focus and a 20 minute review session up to 4 weeks after the workshop.
