Spring is a time for renewed energy and growth... which can also add more stress in our lives. Give yourself the gift of relaxation and healing nourishment with Restorative Yoga.

In this special 90 minute class with Val, we use props to support you in gentle seated and floor yoga poses that open, release and allow the body to soften and the mind to let go.
Deep relaxation results in lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels. It increases “good cholesterol” levels and improves digestion and insomnia.
No yoga experience required.
