Alignment encourages you to focus your mind on a particular body part, teaching you how to move it (within your range of motion), place it and breathe into it, how to feel if it is tight, tense or restricted in some way. Opening you up to the deeper awareness of your body and the myriad of possibilities (and realities) of less pain and discomfort and more freedom, ease and range of movement.
Join Beth (RYT 200) for a series of classes focusing on alignment within sets of different postures each week: Balance Postures, Standing Postures, Inverted Postures and Transitions, and Seated/Reclined Postures
