What is Pranayama?
Pranayama is breathing exercises which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in our body to free the breath and so the flow of prana - life energy. Through regular and sustained practise of pranayama you can supercharge your whole body!

We Chant with the sound of AUM (OM), We use
Hand mudras, which help with concentration and directing the energy. The Prana - Life force

Focus on the breath to focus the mind.
