Beer Roasted Mussels with Grilled Garlic Bread –We start with preparing the mussels in Urban Chestnut to highlight the briny tang of the ocean and then finish the dish with cherry tomatoes, white onion and roasted garlic.
Beer Braised Sausage Duo – We will braise these German inspired sausages over charcoal using Urban Chestnut and serve with sauerkraut, roasted peppers, red potatoes and carrots.
Smoked Duck a l’Orange – We will use the Weber Smokey Mountain for our take on this French classic. We will enhance the rich, fruity flavors with oranges, onions and apples.
Smoked Cherries and Candied Bacon Ice Cream Beer Float – This fun and fruity dessert is the perfect finish for this dinner. We will make an ice cream float with beer, smoked cherries and candied bacon.
