Rowing has experienced a resurgence in popularity, with many fitness studios including CrossFit, Orangetheory, and others utilizing it as a way to challenge their members with a full body and low impact cardiovascular exercise. The problem is many people are unaware how to take full advantage of all the rowing machine has to offer.

At this seminar you will learn the fundamentals of rowing as well as more advanced topics such as rowing technique, breathing, and pacing to help take your rowing workouts to the next level.

The seminar will be a combination of lecture and hands-on learning and will include several breakout sessions implementing some of the material covered.
