This iRest Meditation series will take place Thursdays from 5:45pm to 7pm and Sundays from 9am to 10:15am.
Performed either lying down or sitting, students are taken through progressive relaxation using body sensing, breath sensing and meditative inquiry. Feeling into what is right, in order to heal what feels wrong, this ancient nondual practice incorporates current neuroscience of the brain to address symptoms of PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Chronic Pain, Stress Management and more. iRest® Yoga Nidra is an evidence based practice with over 30 years of research.
