Body Back Transformation is an 8 week program designed for moms wishing to get back in shape. Whether you are a new mom or have older children, make time for yourself mama and let us help you feel like YOU again! Body Back includes 2 weekly High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts, complete nutrition guide and recipes, at-home workouts, before and after fitness assessments, online support and a group of women that will become your Village.

Our next 8 week transformation session in our Peabody location, at West Church, will begin on Thursday, April 12th. Classes will be held Monday and Thursday nights from 7-8 p.m.
