Improve your awareness, build your confidence, and increase your knowledge on how to defend yourself. Students will learn general safety and self defense tactics for everyday life. Course will cover options for every level of physical ability. This class will require some physical contact, so be sure to wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing, no jewelry, and bring water and a snack. Learn to be ready for any situation. MUST BE 15 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENROLL.
