Often, we find ourselves seeking out a physical posture practice (asana practice) because we are injured or uncomfortable in our bodies. A physical yoga practice can give you many benefits, including recovering from injury or realigning your posture to relieve pain. The forth installment in the Yoga For series is Yoga For Injury Prevention where you will learn how to practice without injuring your body and find healthy movement patterns for your body to promote health and wellness. Students will have the chance to ask the instructor questions and receive guidance on the yoga styles best suited to their personal goals.
