11:00 am to 11:40am gentle yoga flow
11:40 to 12:00 yoga nidra
12:00 to 12:30 pm group chat / lunch ( bring a lunch)
12:30 to 1:30 pm Applying self care to our lives/ meditation/ pranayama- extending the breath
