Join us for a fun filled afternoon of Pranakriya Yoga Classes and a Silent Auction! This is a fund raiser for the Pranakriya School of Healing Yoga. Suggested Donation for taking 1 class ($20), 2 classes ($35), 3 classes ($45), all 4 classes ($50).

Gentle Yoga with Jennifer Treichel
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
The focus of this class is stress release and gentle stretching. The class consists of simple breathing techniques, with warm-ups and simple postures. This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga, especially for students new to Yoga and students recovering
from an injury, back pain or illness. This class is intended to be relaxing and nurturing to your body

Pranakriya Yoga Workout with Jennifer Portnoy
2:15 pm - 3:15 pm
Pranakriya Yoga Workout is predominantly an athletic and energy activating yoga practice. The class is designed to build energy and carry it from one posture to the next, and to increase the body’s capacity to hold energy and the mind's capacity to witness

Meditative Postures with Pat Yoncheck
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
This class is led with a balance of stretching and strengthening and has an internal focus. Pranayamas (breathing techniques) will be used, and warm-ups and kriyas will be followed by postures. Long holds and a focus on deep breathing allow the student to focus on mindfulness. Participation in this class will allow you to practice listening to your body and both make adjustments to go deeper into stretches, as well as back off or come out of postures if there is strain.

Restorative Yoga Workshop with Patty Ferry

This is a deeply relaxing practice can help relieve the stress and tensions of daily life. Stress can affect us in many different way, and can lead to a variety of "dis"ease, such as high blood pressure, back pain, immune dysfunction, depression, and ulcers.The antidote to stress is relaxation. Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation, restoration, effortlessness, and ease! Using lots of props to allow you to enter into a state of relaxation.
